Little b's Hot Honey Roasted Nuts

Ingredients
500 g unsalted raw nuts (such as almonds, pecans, walnuts and cashews)
6 tbsp Little B’s Hot Honey
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 170 °C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the nuts
In a bowl, combine the nuts. Add the Hot Honey, sea salt, and cinnamon, and stir until the nuts are evenly coated.
3. Roast the nuts
Spread the nuts in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp, stirring halfway through.
4. Finish
Remove from the oven and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of brown sugar over the top. Add another pinch of salt and let cool for a few minutes. As soon as you can handle them safely, break the nuts apart and transfer them from the parchment paper onto the baking sheet itself. If left too long, they’ll stick to the parchment.
