Burrata, Tomato & Watermelon Salad

Ingredients
Serves 4
Tomatoes (mixed varieties and colors), cut into wedges
Watermelon, cut into cubes
Red onion, thinly sliced
Radishes, thinly sliced
2 balls of burrata, halved
Fresh herbs: chives, tarragon, basil
Salt and pepper
Rustic bread, torn into chunks
Olive oil
Little b’s Hot Honey
Preparation
1. Prep the ingredients
Cut the tomatoes into wedges, the watermelon into cubes, the red onion into thin slices, and the radishes into thin rounds. Halve the burrata and season with salt and pepper.
Set aside.
2. Toast the bread
Tear the rustic bread into rough chunks, drizzle with olive oil, and toast in the oven until golden and crispy.
3. Assemble and finish
Arrange the tomatoes, watermelon, radishes, red onion, and burrata in a deep serving dish.
Top with the fresh herbs. Drizzle with Little b’s Hot Honey for an extra kick.
4. Final touch
Serve with the crispy bread and optionally some charcuterie like Serrano ham, mortadella, or smoked salmon.
